Cancellation Policy
We respect the value of everyone’s time and are committed to providing each client with dedicated, uninterrupted service. To maintain fairness and availability, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the full session fee. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice (no-show) will also result in a 50% charge. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
